PATCH 1.021

I cannot believe the death screen gameObject was turned on, neither can I believe that I was so naive as to not set it’s active state to false when entering the game. I only noticed it now when I tried to show the game to a friend, it’s past the bugfix deadline, so it’s a separate file.
